Flat bottom plastic bag machinery Longitudinal sealing device:

(1) The integral longitudinal shaping device lies on the rack guide surface of the fuselage wallboard.

The handwheel is regulated in the whole longitudinal direction.

The heating and cooling components corresponding to the upper and lower rows are regulated horizontally,

and the handwheels of the independent gears and rack guides are regulated horizontally with locking devices.
(2) The effective width of heat seal is 10-80 mm, and the effective width of cooling is 10-80 mm.
(3) The upper and lower bases of the main motor are lifted by mechanical transmission. Knife lifting stroke 15 mm

Punching device : punching time can be preset , and punch mode can be set as continuous or interval .

Working mode:Color label mode or fixed length mode.

Skip mode : twice to ninety-nine times .

Selectivity : feeding without movement , upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.

Message alert : lost of photoelectricity , warping alarm ,servomotor alarm ,tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine .
